Kona

Am/Can Ch LadySlipper’s Lava Rock

July 26, 2003 - January 25, 2013

Sire: Ch Koblstone’s Jailhouse Rock (Capone)

Dam: Am/Can Ch Fantasia LadySlipper’s Apprentice, COM (Tammy)

Am/Can Ch LadySlipper’s Lava Rock was Nancy Cameron's first show dog. They proudly earned every point of both of Kona's championships together as they enjoyed adventures travelling to shows in the USA and Canada. Kona also challenged Amanda as a junior handler. As the only "Golden Boy" LadySlipper Kees puppy, Kona quietly chose his family, making his wishes clear following Nancy around the yard and nestling in Cole's lap. Kona was always ready for anything with his family, and was Nancy's constant companion. He was happy to let younger Waldsea (Wally) think he was in charge and carry the load of pack leader, while Kona took everything in stride and delight.
